The algorithm now works for all three axes in both positive and negative directions.
The warp is not implemented yet, as I haven't completely got my head around how it should work yet. I tried some transformations out in a graphics program, and achieved correct-looking results using only 2D shears and scales, so it should be simple enough to work out how to apply that in code. These are the mockup versions:
I do not really have an agenda for the meeting tomorrow other than the usual discussion of results. Even in situations like this when I have no specific questions the meetings do always prove to be useful, and the weekly deadlines help to motivate me.
